Randy graduated from Shorter University in 1980 with a BS in accounting. He became a certified public accountant in 1987 and is certified in financial forensics as of 2008. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Randy is married to the former Kathy Toles. They have two daughters and four grandchildren. His family attends New Armuchee Baptist Church. Randy enjoys all sports especially hunting.

Kim Hart-Poole graduated from Troy University with a BS in accounting. She also received her AA from Bainbridge State College. She became certified as a public accountant in 2010 and a chartered global management accountant in 2012. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Kim is married to Brad Poole and they have a wonderful daughter named Savannah.


April is a 1998 graduate of Cedartown High School and a 2000 graduate of Georgia Northwestern Technical College. She has over 15 years experience in payroll, bookkeeping and accounting. April is married to Craig Formby. They love spending time with their 3 children. Her family attends Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.


Linda graduated cum laude from Shorter University with a BSBA degree. She has over 30 years experience in payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting. She is a member of First Assembly of God Church where she sings in the choir and is a nursery worker. She has 2 daughters and 7 grandchildren. Linda loves sports, especially watching her grandchildren play.


Wilma graduated from Cedartown High School with a concentration in business and accounting. She’s married to Wayne Gentry and they have two children, Whitney and Daniel. Wilma’s interests include catering, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Joe graduated cum laude from Georgia State University in 1977 with a BBA in accounting. He became a certified public accountant in 1980. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Joe is married to Carol Wade and they have two sons, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Joe enjoys sports and spending time with his grandchildren.


Debi attended Coosa Valley Technical College where she studied accounting. She has over 25 years combined experience in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and small business bookkeeping. Debi is a proud mom to son, Ethan, who is currently attending the University of Georgia.


Bryan graduated from Berry College in 1978 with BS degrees in both Accounting and Economics. He obtained a master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Georgia in 2006. Bryan and his wife Kathy have two children and seven grandchildren. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys a variety of outdoor sports including golf, snow skiing and fishing.

Danielle is a 2000 graduate of Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, FL and 2010 Graduate of Lilburn Technical College in Lilburn, GA. She has lived in Rome for 9 years and is a proud mother of 2 wonderful kids, Fletcher and Aria. Danielle has 20 years’ experience in customer service, with the last 5 of those specializing in bookkeeping and payroll. In her spare time, she loves enjoying the outdoors with her children and fur children.

Cricket Thurston graduated from Shorter College with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting. She also received her Master’s in Accountancy from Shorter University. She worked for Courtesy Ford (formerly known as Wayne Blackwood Ford Lincoln Mercury) for 15 years and Aramark at Berry College for 10 years. She is married to Kindel Thurston and they have two sons – Dakota Thurston and Skyler Thurston. Cricket and her family attend New Beginnings Baptist Church in Summerville, GA, where her husband is a deacon and they both serve as youth leaders. Cricket’s family enjoys watching sports and going to the beach.


Meleah is a 2018 graduate of Armuchee High School and studied business management at Georgia Northwestern. She enjoys spending time with her family and animals. When not at work, she can be found reading or baking.
